Cable TV policy for Raheja residents

The following are the points discussed and agreed in the meeting of
the Apex body with Arun of Hathway-Krishna Cable dated 15th July 2005.

1.The monthly Cable TV charges to be increased to Rs.220 from the
current Rs.190 effective August 2005 until further negotiated and
agreed upon.

2.There will be a fee of Rs.300 charged for every resident moving into
Raheja which will go towards the installation/name-change/service
charges of the Cable TV. This fee is one time payable by the new
resident, only if the flat has not been occupied for more than a
month, before the new resident moved in.

3.Temporary disconnection will be provided for a period of 3 months
and above, when the resident is travelling, provided the resident of
the apartment gives an application in writing to the
Krishnacable-Hathway person beforehand. There will be no reconnection
charges and he/she can continue paying the monthly charges on resuming
the connection.

4.Hathway-Krishnacable will intimate us when the order of the channels
gets changed.

5.Receipts will be issued against all payments.

6.The cable monthly charges must be paid in advance for the month.
