Important Notice to All Residents

This is to inform all the residents of Raheja Residency that, with
effect from July 1, 2005, the following traffic rules will be
implemented/re-enforced:



1.Vehicles with valid/permanent parking stickers only will be
permitted to park in the complex (basement / surface parking).


2.Residents who have vehicles without valid / permanent parking
stickers should immediately apply for the same through their
individual block offices.

3.Residents who have vehicles without valid / permanent parking
stickers will be issued with "Temporary Parking Permits" (Blue Passes)
which will be valid only for one week during which time the residents
will have to apply for the regular permanent car stickers.

4.On the expiry of the "Temporary Parking Permit" of one week, cars
without valid/permanent parking stickers will not be permitted to park
in the complex.

5.Cars with basement parking stickers will not be permitted to park on
the surface periphery of the complex for more than 15 minutes.

6.All Visitors Vehicles will enter only through the main gate and will
be issued a "Visitors Pass" (Red) which will be valid for 15 minutes only.

7.No visitor will be permitted to park their vehicles in the basement
or on the surface periphery parking areas/lots.

representative.
